The Bugambilia Festival Committee ROCKS!! They meet once a week at Oscar's to plan the festival as well as the Preview Party coming  FEB 27th.  Each event of the festival contributes to making Puerto Vallarta the Bougainvillea Capital of the World.  Great Job everyone!
